I usually dream every night and my dreams are often very strange.

Because i do meditation I am often able to control my dreams while I am sleeping.

If I am having a bad dream, I can change it into a good dream.

In English this is called "lucid ลูซิด dreaming"

I often dream that I can fly, usually by swimming in the air.
