"Look at that kid! He is so good at Thai. I am too old to learn Thai now..."

"How old is the kid?"

"He is 9 years old."

"He is good at Thai because he has been learning every day for 9 years!"

Anyone can learn a new language! Do not use age as an excuse not to learn. Adults can learn a language well if they practice every day for several years. If a language school says you can learn English within a month, they are lying to you because they want your money! :)
