Fitness Centre ไม่ใช่ "Fitness"

I work out every day.

ฉันออกกำลังกายทุกวัน 私は毎日運動する

Tôi tập thể dục mỗi ngày

我每天锻炼

나는 매일 운동한다


In reality, I exercise at least (อย่างน้อย) 4 times a week because one should always find time to rest and recover(หาย).


Thai people like to use the word "fitness" as a single word, but this is incorrect.


Fitness = การออกกำลังกาย

It is not a place!


The place is called a "fitness centre" or a "gym" (จิม ไม่ใช่ ยิม)


Exercise is important for good health. You don't need to over do it (ทำเยอะไป)


Food is more important than exercise. If you eat bad food, exercise will not help you.


And remember! Sit-ups don't help at all! You can not choose which parts of your body will lose fat. Your body decides itself.


If you want a six-pack, you need to drop your overall body fat to less than 10% which mean a lot of CARDIO!!!


Stop doing sit-ups!
