It is impossible for an English person to speak Thai better than a Thai person. Correct?

It is also impossible for a Thai person to speak better English than an English person. Right?

So why do Thai people learn English with Thai teachers?

When I was at school, I learned French with a French person. I also learned a little German with, you guessed it, a German!

I heard a Thai woman teaching English at Siam food court yesterday. Her pronunciation was so bad, I wanted to cry!!!

Exams = money = corruption!

My French is terrible because I learned it to pass an exam.

Thai people can't speak English because they learn it to pass exams.

Learn English for life and not just to pass exams! It will make your life much more fun!
