In England punctuality is very important. If you are late for a meeting or work, you will be scolded! (โดนดุ)

Even when you are meeting a friend, you should always try to arrive on time or before time because in our culture it is seen as a lack(ขาด) of respect when you arrive late.

I have noticed that most people who live in very hot countries tend to be (มัก) not on time.
